Sativertical: Reliability and Durability in Glass Transport
In the industrial transport sector, component durability and resistance are essential to ensure operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

The problem
One of our clients, operating in glass transport, faced an issue of premature wear on the belts used in their system. The client was using a belt with sidewalls and cleats for glass transport, but the rubber in the pockets between the cleats was wearing out quickly. This significantly reduced the system’s life and caused frequent machine downtime. As a result, the client faced high replacement and maintenance costs, along with a drop in production efficiency.
The solution
To address this issue, we designed a fully vulcanized Sativertical belt, reinforced with our anti-abrasive red sheet (40 Shore, 10 mm thickness) in critical areas. This solution significantly extended the belt’s life, which has now been operating successfully for three years in Norway without any issues. The outcome? Increased reliability and a drastic reduction in maintenance costs.
The adoption of the Sativertical belt, designed with anti-abrasive red sheet, has greatly improved our operational efficiency, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring continuous production!
