2. Category of data processed
The Data Controller will process the following categories of personal data:
- identification and contact data such as, by way of example and not limited to: name, surname, email address, company name/name.
3. Purpose of processing personal data
Your personal data are processed in order to allow the Data Controller to send, to your email address, commercial communications/information relating to the products and/or services offered by Sati Group S.p.A.
4. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The processing may be carried out only with your consent, freely expressed, and which you can always revoke by writing to the following dedicated email address: privacy@satigroup.it.
The nature of the provision of such data is optional. Failure to provide the data, and the related consent, does not determine any consequence and does not prejudice in any way the contractual relationship that may exist with the Data Controller.
5. Processing methods
Your personal data may be processed:
- with the aid of electronic or otherwise automated, computerized, or telematic tools;
- on paper.
Your data will in no case be used to obtain information relating to your preferences or your behavior nor will you be subjected to any decision based solely on the automated processing of your personal data.
The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data.
6. Communication and transfer of personal data
Your personal data, exclusively for the purpose indicated above (see point 3), may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
- internal subjects (personnel/persons in charge of the Data Controller) duly authorized to process personal data;
- marketing service providers;
You may request the list of recipients of your personal data by writing to the following dedicated email address: privacy@satigroup.it.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
7. Storage of personal data
The Data Controller will store your personal data for a period of time no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is being processed.
At the end of this period, the Data Controller will delete the data irreversibly – through secure destruction or deletion methods – or will store them in an anonymous form that does not allow, even indirectly, your identification.
In the event of withdrawal of consent, your personal data will be deleted, unless the processing is necessary to allow the Data Controller to fulfill a legal obligation or to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court.
8. Rights granted to the data subject (Articles 15 – 22, EU Regulation 2016/679)
Finally, we remind you that you can exercise the rights granted by EU Regulation 679/2016, including:
- obtain information in relation to the purposes for which your personal data are processed, the period of processing and the subjects to whom the data are communicated (so-called right of access);
- obtain the rectification or integration of inaccurate personal data concerning you (so-called right of rectification);
- obtain the deletion of personal data concerning you in the following cases (a) the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; (b) you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of data if they are processed on the basis of your consent; (c) you have objected to the processing of personal data concerning you if they are processed for our legitimate interest; or (d) the processing of your personal data is not in accordance with the law (so-called right to erasure). However, we inform you that the retention of personal data by the Data Controller is lawful if it is necessary to allow the Data Controller to fulfill a legal obligation or to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
- obtain that the personal data concerning you are only stored without any other use of them in the following cases: (a) if you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary to allow us to verify the accuracy of such personal data; (b) the processing is unlawful but you still oppose the erasure of the personal data by us; (c) the personal data are necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court; (d) You have objected to the processing and are awaiting verification of whether our legitimate grounds for processing prevail over those of the data subject (so-called right to limitation);
- obtain cessation of processing in cases where your personal data are processed for our legitimate interest and you dispute the existence of this interest (so-called right to object);
- receive in a commonly used, machine-readable and interoperable format the personal data concerning you processed by automated means, if they are processed under a contract or on the basis of your consent (so-called right to portability).

9. Complaints
If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding the ways in which your data is processed by the Data Controller or regarding the management of a complaint you have lodged, you have the right to submit a request directly to the Supervisory Authority.
10. Changes to this privacy policy
Any future changes or additions to the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy will be notified in advance through an individual notification, through the usual communication channels used by the Data Controller (for example by e-mail).
